Management Resources has been trendsetters in network design and computer installations on Anguilla and the North Eastern Caribbean.
Over the years we have worked on various platforms, DOS, PC-MOS, Unix, Windows, and Novell.
We are experienced in the hospitality industry with Anguilla's first integrated Front & Back Office system integrated with Call Accounting and Restaurant Pointe of Sale; which we designed and installed at the Casablanca Hotel /Sonesta Beach Resort in 1992.
In 1995 we integrated the IBM advance 36 system with our custom built server at National Bank of Anguilla, allowing PC's running windows 95 to access the mainframe and use MS Office to do mailmerge and other functions.
 
Founder & CEO
CLifton was co-founder & director of various business on St. Maarten one of which was Mills Data Services Ltd. MDS was the first company to provide data processing services on the that Island from 1978.
Clifton completed his business management studies in The Netherlands and worked with such firms as M&R Laboratories (subsidiary of Abbot Laboratories), Adler Holland (Litton Business Industries),
Nikon Europe (Nikon Industries of Japan) and Van Dien & Co. Accountants.
He migrated to Anguilla in 1985 and with his wife founded Management Resources Ltd. (MRL)
MRL provided management consulting and accounting services and buisness computerization.
In 1990 he registered the CariSoft trademark under which he assembled computer systems and developed software applications.
